Preferred Qualifications:


* Minimum 2 years of Property Management experience required.


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.


* Strong customer service skills


* Working knowledge of HUD and Tax Credit programs and requirements 


* Boston Post experience a plus
