Position Highlights:


* Is responsible for maintaining clinical competency as evidenced by applying integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.


* Utilizes the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.


* Exhibits organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet the patient care needs


* Integrates current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in the care of patients.


* Practices continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills.


* Supervising nursing staff and monitoring needs.


* Coordinating daily administrative duties, including nursing assignments and patient care for the assigned unit.


* Mentor and train new staff and support and guide all staff members.


* Monitor medical charts and provide compassionate care and assistance to patients and families.


* Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.


* Other job duties as assigned


* Must be caring, compassionate, have good communication skills, have a positive attitude, and be a team player

Experience: At least two years of clinical and clerical experience requiredSouth Carolina LPN Nursing license
