The InterContinental Hotels Group® properties in Dubai Festival City consist of four hotels.

A little taste of your day-to-day:


* Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the pool bar.


* Prepare and serve beverages with consistency, and attention to guest preferences.


* Support the creation and promotion of seasonal and signature cocktails/mocktails.


* Keep the bar area clean, well-stocked, and inviting throughout the shift.


* Deliver exceptional service with a friendly and approachable attitude, creating a relaxed and welcoming poolside atmosphere.


* Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.


* Handle guest concerns or complaints with care and escalate when necessary, logging all incidents for follow-up.


* Follow all cash handling, billing, and POS procedures accurately.


* Assist in the upkeep and basic maintenance of bar equipment.


* Monitor stock levels, ensuring timely reordering and proper storage.


* Maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in line with hotel policies.


* Collaborate with colleagues to support events, promotions, and smooth daily operations.
