* The internship must be credit-bearing, requiring interns to earn academic credits during their program or as a graduation requirement.

 Responsibilities:


* To assist in analyzing the flow of international express inbound and outbound logistics operations and identify efficiencies and opportunities in the process


* To assist in preparing and analyzing data related to irregular or dangerous goods cases


* To assist in collaborating with various internal parties to mitigate risks and enhance safety measures on handling dangerous goods


* To participate in internal operations audits for dangerous goods to ensure compliance with related regulatory standards and requirements


* To assist in implementing project solutions by coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders and tracking timelines, and deliverables


* To provide the administrative support in various company activities

                                                       

 

YOUR PROFILE



* Bachelor degree in Logistics (Transportation Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management), Information System, Statistics, Industrial & Systems Engineering or related disciplines 


* Good PC knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint


* Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English 


* Interested to pursue career in logistics and express industry after graduation 


* ^Some part time working experience or internship experience is preferable
