In this position, you'll work independently to prepare and mount printing plates that are essential for production.

What is a 2-2-3 Schedule?

The 2-2-3 schedule is a rotating 12-hour shift pattern that gives you every other weekend off while working just 14 days out of every 28.

It looks like this:

Week 1:


* Work: Monday & Tuesday


* Off: Wednesday & Thursday


* Work: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2:


* Off: Monday & Tuesday


* Work: Wednesday & Thursday


* Off: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

This schedule offers a predictable routine and great work-life balance.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:


* Cut or trim photopolymer print plates to correct size


* Set up and operate mounting equipment


* Cut and apply sticky back to printing sleeves


* Mount photopolymer printing plates to sleeves accurately


* Save, store, and retrieve printing plates using the computer system


* De-mount plates and return them to proper storage


* Place mounted sleeves at assigned staging areas


* Perform machine adjustments, including camera positioning


* Operate a vertical mast lift for plate retrieval (must be comfortable with heights)


* Maintain cleanliness of the machine, floor, and workspace daily


* Track material and rejected items in the system as required


* Order new printing plates and manage receipt and inventory


* Follow GMP and SQF food safety guidelines


* Perform daily safety checks and ensure guards/devices are in place


* Support a positive work environment and assist with training as needed


* Perform all other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits:


* Pay: $18.00/hour
