Join our US Solid Tumor Medical Communications and Scientific Exchange (MCSE) team in Horsham, PA as an Associate Director, Medical Communications! This role offers the opportunity to provide solid tumor scientific expertise, ensuring the medical accuracy of promotional, medical, payer, and sales materials.

You will also lead the creation and review of scientific content for healthcare professionals and payers through omnichannel delivery.

Key Responsibilities:


* Reviews medical content and develops strategic concepts – Provides medical guidance for the development and review of promotional, medical, payer, or sales training materials.

Ensures scientific accuracy and relevance of assets through various review pathways, including Copy Approval Committee (CAC), Medical Review Committee (MedRC), and iMedical Review (iMR).


* Collaborates on multidisciplinary teams - Contributes to the functional strategic plan in support of the therapeutic area.

Leverages clinical knowledge and expertise to identify emerging trends and scientific intelligence relevant to each audience.


* Manages Medical Communications projects – Leads new product launch support and identifies innovative approaches for delivery of scientific content.


* Conducts in-depth data analysis – Monitors the medical literature for company products and competitor data, analyzes the information for accuracy and relevance, and notifies key partners.

Analyzes voice of customer data to identify data gaps and key actionable insights.
