Job Description:
Organizes, manages and controls projects in Surgical Vision Supply Chain; for Product Management and or Value Stream (VS) Projects.

Leads the cross-functional team and manages the development, roll-out, and implementation of all aspects of a complex supply chain program including ancillary Supply Chain initiatives (Packaging, Automation Programs) 

Major Duties & Responsibilities
•    Coordinates all aspects of VS project activities and is responsible for overall project success including FPOs as they relate to Operations.

 
•    Responsible for facilitating and developing cross functional project plans, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure successful transfer and commercialization of NP and/or Execution of VS initiatives with all necessary organizations.

(Engineering, Operations, Planning, Sourcing, etc.)  
•    Applies highly developed management methodologies to streamline project and program management processes.
•    Designs and develops industry leading quality control operating practices.
•    Implements systems to monitor and track departmental goals.
•    Manages projects (as assigned) from planning, execution, reporting, monitoring through stabilization and closure.
