The leader of this role will be responsible for:

Directing and coordinating critical processes related to business planning, marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing.

This position has a direct contribution to the development of business and/or functional strategies and typically, responsibility for managing multiple teams of professionals.

Provide commercial input for business development opportunities.

Marketing responsibilities include:


* Leadership of all sales and marketing strategies, plans and activities for GU, Solid Tumor the within Oncology.


* Co-lead in partnership situations the global marketing strategy and life cycle management.  Driving brand strategies to support future company vision.


* Responsible for assuring franchise, LCM, and brand strategies to support overall financial and strategic goals for the GU, Sales and Marketing organization.


* Exerts marketing and business influence on board of organization – critical member of Leadership Team.


* Develops strategic direction for future indications and overall marketing team.


* Pursues L&A opportunities and internal J&J partnerships to strengthen the GU Sales and Marketing Solid Tumor Oncology business.
