What You'll do

Our Underground Utility Equipment Operators play a vital role in the crew, handling up to two types of heavy equipment to support construction projects.

They follow strict safety protocols, assist construction crews, and maintain equipment to ensure compliance with regulations.

 What You'll Bring


* Commitment to Safety: A strong dedication to maintaining a safe environment—both physically and mentally—for yourself, your colleagues, and customers


* Valid driver's license 


* Be at least 18 years of age


* Ability to safely operate heavy equipment around other utilities, such as fiber, electric, and gas


* Experience operating equipment for underground utility construction


* Self-motivated with ability to follow oral and written instruction


* Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with a wide variety of personalities


* Ability to travel extended periods, as needed


* Ability to work assigned schedule (typically 7AM-7PM M-F)


* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain

* Class A CDL- Already hold your Class A? Starting pay is $29.67/hour!
