What You'll Do as an NOC Shift RN:

? Provide overnight nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
? Assess and monitor residents, responding to changes in condition with swift, effective interventions.
? Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
? Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
? Document care and maintain accurate records to support resident health plans.
? Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents throughout the night.
