As part of our expansion, we are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s cross-functional office operations.

 This position requires a proactive and adaptable skillset, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain a high level of organization among competing priorities.

 

Key Duties and essential functions:



* Answer incoming phone calls, directing the caller to the appropriate department or personnel.


* Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.


* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.


* Offer administrative support across various departments including marketing, sales, and operations.


* Spearhead order management of office supplies, company-branded materials, gifts, office lunches and keep accurate inventory levels, where applicable.


* Support the sales team in a variety of projects using Microsoft Excel and presentation formatting in Microsoft PowerPoint in addition to assembling booklets on occasion.


* Maintain general office organization.


* Manage various administrative projects with limited direction, utilizing problem-solving skills to meet end goals.


* Take ownership of tasks and show initiative in completing projects on-time and within budget.


* Keeping Kitchen stocked.

 

Required Qualifications:



* Associate’s degree (preferred but not required).


* 1-3 years of Office, Administrative or Receptionist experience in a professional setting.


* Proficient with Microsoft Office programs; MS word, Excel, PowerPoint


* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.


* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


* Strong verbal and written communication skills.


* Experience with common office equipment, phone, copy machines, postage machine.

 

Preferred Skills:



* Previous experience in office administration, event planning, sales support or marketing coordination is a plus.
