Lubrication Leader

We are looking for a Reliability Professional to lead lubrication initiatives at the Green Bay, Georgia-Pacific paper manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to teach, develop, and implement lubrication best practices.

A deep understanding of the importance of lubrication in safety and reliability, along with a passion for precision, is essential to elevate our lubrication program from good to great.

This role does not include direct reports but offers significant influence over various team members.

It is a non-travel position, based entirely at the Green Bay facility.

The Green Bay Broadway Mill manufactures and distributes leading commercial and retail brands of paper products (bath tissue, napkins, and towels).

What You Will Do



* Convey the shared vision of lubrication excellence.


* Identify top opportunities and strategic initiatives.


* Implement best practices through 1 on 1 and team interactions.


* Implement lubrication training.


* Perform validations and assessments to identify improvement opportunities.


* Drive consistency of equipment and strategies across departments .


* Perform consolidation where applicable.


* Participate in Root Cause Problem Elimination.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Experience in implementing lubrication strategies in an industrial setting .


* Technical knowledge of lubricatio n, machinery , and general reliability concepts.


* Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.


* Strong communication skills .


* Passionate about lubrication excellence.

What Will Put You Ahead



* Experience leading large initiatives or projects.


* Experience with oil analysis.


* ICML or equivalent Certifications
