Training Leadership ASCO Queretaro

Key Responsibilities


* Handles training sessions according to the defined Standards.


* Coordinates the activity of the Learning Corner, Works closely with the HRS, Methods team, and local Learning Solutions teams, to align the approach, escalate issues and agree on priorities.

Main activities


* Animate Training centers


* Led short-interval management and escalate issues where necessary.


* Strong contributor to continuous improvement.


* Deliver the offline training (Essentials, Learning weeks events, specific events - Sustainability/SERE...)


* Facilitate and deliver the onboarding training material Participate in the training strategy to improve the versatility of the headcount Collaboration to improve the standard work definition Manage the LDS E-versatility


* Being accountable and responsible for performance: Working closely with the HR and Methods teams


* Identify non-compliant situations and behaviors of personnel under training


* Assure and validate training levels


* Support digital pieces of training for DVC employees such as LDS, DISS, Etc.


* Coordinate activities related to Learning corner participation.

Qualifications



* Education
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ English B1


* Key Systems
+ MS Office
+ Autocad
