Manager - Offer creation Project Management

Leading ETO cooling products (Inroom, Chiller, Inrow, and CDU) offer creation project management activities.

Responsibilities include managing the ETO Planning & Costing team to enable ETO offers for requests from the Marketing and Business Development teams.

Key tasks involve:

•Reviewing and updating ETO pipeline project schedules, and communicating with cross-functional teams.

•Interacting with the FO team for order management and progress updates on ETO projects.

•Driving the Material Planning team to ensure no shortages for pilot production.

•Ensuring on-time updates of PDM and Oracle data.

•Conducting pre-pilot meetings with all cross-functional teams to ensure the pilot production schedule is met.

•Coordinating with cross-functional and internal teams for their deliverables to achieve ETO pilot unit production.

•Ensuring timely updates to the team about project stages.

•Conducting post-pilot production handovers to ensure proper transition to mass production.

•Ensure proper unit costing for ETO project inquiries by thoroughly analysing tender requirements.

•Collaborate with the Project Design lead to understand ETO solutions for accurate costing.

•Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and effective team management.

•Better coordination with cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification:


* Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech


* Years of experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience and from cooling domain
