HR Shared Services Specialist

Description - External



* Manage end to end payroll process with vendor


* Provide required HR services support for employees & business within the Shared Services KPIs/ timelines.


* Follow-up and support throughout the employee life cycle: On-boarding, Off-boarding, promotions, internal moves ...


* Follow-up on HR campaigns operations (Performance, Development, Employee engagement...)


* Manage expatriation Administration,


* Participate in drafting HR policies and procedures


* Support the relationship between company and 3rd party suppliers e.g.

HR service providers, Medical & Insurance vendor, Work Doctor etc


* Reporting to various stakeholders


* Support and lead the local implementation of Zone/Global digital projects


* Participate in local HR projects & initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications - External


* Bac +5 (HR, Finance or other)


* Strong written and communication skills in French & English


* 2 to 4 years' experience in HR & Payroll


* Strong analytical skills


* Strong customer focus, with the ability to anticipate customer needs with a high level of responsiveness


* Proficient with Microsoft Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
