The Role:

We are looking for aRegional Tender Manager (Cloud & Services Provider) to make a difference! In this role, you will coordinate the full tendering activities for any Field Services (FS) Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) opportunity happening in APAC region.

What will you do?


* Directly lead Tendering opportunities for any complex or multi-country CS&P deals.


* Act as the FS tendering SPOC for the accounts he/she follows within the Cloud & Service Provider Segment into the APAC Region.


* Review and define together with the Sales Manager the bidding strategy and priorities for the qualified opportunities portfolio.


* Contribute to Services business growth with our strategic customers by proposing high added value solutions and offers, leveraging digital.


* Manage the quotations on strategic bids to secure the costing and ensure that the submittal schedule is respected and in line with the selling governance.


* Consolidate Multi- country offers and prepare commercial proposals.


* Develop best standards in Tendering for the region.


* Continuously monitor the tendering performance KPIs and takes the adequate actions of improvement in order to contribute to segment growth.


* Guarantee the full application of the Services Selling Governance and the CPP4S.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Degree in Electrical engineering.


* Min 8 to 10 years of experience in Tendering.


* Has strong digital and business acumen.


* Significant working experience, with international experience.


* Entrepreneurial, engaged and highly motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.


* People leadership and teamwork, particularly within a multicultural environment.


* Highly structured, process oriented with excellent planning capabilities.


* Ability to understand and control all processes and behaviors from tender to delivery of high level services contracts.
