This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Financial Reporting process area.

The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world.

The Financial Reporting team is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the US GAAP reporting and all the associated procedures associated with this.

This includes but is not limited to 'BRAVO' reporting to the consolidation team, cross process activity such as annual journal threshold compliance and BSAR criticality / completeness checks and supervising the overall closes process. 

Key Responsibilities:

Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo

Maintain Operational Perfection


* Responsible for leading of accounting and daily operations for Financial Reporting process area.


* Timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements.


* Accountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope.


* Driving deep expertise, ensuring team are fully knowledgeable of the Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas.


* Lead a large accounting team.
