Job Description:

Reviews and translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
Identifies oppurtunities to work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
Analyzes complex experimentation procedures to address product development issues, and compiles results for review.
Installs policies for working in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.

Documents outcomes of experimentation targeting problems of large complexity and scope, and communicates best course of action to internal teams.
Edits design and research initiatives in order to generalize existing services or product features.
Examines technical reports, technical memoranda, and other documents to identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.​
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
