The Opportunity


* Seeking Family Medicine physician assistants and nurse practitioners.


* At least one (1) year of primary care experience is required.


* Current national certification, DEA, and BLS are required.


* Current CA state license is a plus.

* One of eight Federally Qualified Health Centers that are part of the San Bernardino Public Health Department.


* The clinic offers a variety of services including pediatrics, primary care, dental immunizations, sexual health and teen health.


* Potential for minor procedures.


* GE Centricity EMR


* This location's hours are M-F 8am-5pm.


* All age groups seen.
