In this role, you will:
As Crew Chief Technician, you will ensure that Kimberly-Clark's corporate aircraft are maintained in accordance with the FAA-approved maintenance program and will further provide essential services in support of Kimberly-Clark's Corporate Air Transportation department.
This role operates out of the Corporate Air Transportation Hangar in Appleton, Wisconsin where you will join the Corporate Air Transportation Department.

* Maintain company operated aircraft in accordance with the FAA approved maintenance program and applicable regulations by performing actual maintenance tasks and/ or supervising outside contractors and service centers.
These tasks would include but not be limited to repair of mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems ensuring the aircraft is in airworthy condition per FAA regulations and safe for operation.
* Maintain the appropriate aircraft logbooks, records and company documentation.
Record and monitor aircraft maintenance performed by use of computerized maintenance programs for tracking/planning of maintenance.
* Plans and schedules future maintenance requirements, and purchases the necessary parts, materials, and services.
Coordinates aircraft down time to minimize impacts of aircraft availability.
* Manage aircraft maintenance costs ensuring operating and capital budgets are considered during planning and purchasing.
* On international or domestic trips as assigned, serve as crewmember aboard the aircraft in the capacity of Flight Technician to monitor the aircraft's mechanical condition, perform maintenance and service duties, and be of general assistance to the crew and passengers.
* Provide appropriate services in the departure and arrival of corporate aircraft and assist passengers as needed, which will require a flexible schedule and weekends.
* Restock and clean aircraft, hangar and office areas as well as ensure that facilities and ground support equipment are properly maintained to provide a safe, efficient and professional work environment and that hazardous waste is disposed of properly.
* Contribute as assigned as a team member in various situations, on projects and activities to assist in the normal business of the department and corporation.
