Position Overview:
We are hiring two dynamic individuals to join our team:


* Full-Time Staffing Coordinator/Marketer: Focus on staffing, marketing, and sales efforts to expand our reach and fulfill staffing needs for facilities.


* Part-Time Recruiter: Specialize in recruiting and onboarding RNs, LPNs, aides, and allied healthcare professionals to support our clients.

Key Responsibilities:


* Source and recruit RNs, LPNs, aides, and allied healthcare professionals.


* Coordinate and manage scheduling for healthcare staff at local facilities.


* Build and maintain relationships with area facilities to identify staffing needs.


* Conduct marketing and sales calls to expand our client base.


* Oversee the onboarding process, including compliance and credential verification.
