IT Business Systems Analyst III

The Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT) Department has an exciting opportunity for an IT Business Systems Analyst III in the ERP Solutions Division.

This role will primarily focus on supporting, troubleshooting, testing, configuring, and implementing enterprise-wide technology applications, systems, and solutions that address various county-wide business needs.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the County's enterprise technology needs are met while supporting the growth of enterprise requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


* Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for enterprise technology applications and systems.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, implement, and maintain integrated systems.


* Participate in testing, deploying, and production support of technology solutions.


* Conduct system and process analysis to identify and refine business requirements.


* Engage in research and configuration of new technologies to enhance customer experience.


* Document business processes and requirements to ensure accurate system configuration and user support.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Proficiency in any of the following applications: Oracle, Oracle SQL, or PeopleSoft.


* Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data, reason logically, and draw valid conclusions.


* Experience in resolving application issues and improving system performance.
