Showroom (sales) - Associate, Design Sales
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Showroom Design Consultant to join our Logan Circle Showroom, opening June 2025.
In this role, you will be working directly with a diverse clientele, ranging from homeowners to designers & architects to contractors and installers, offering each personalized service and expert advice.
TileBar offers a competitive compensation package that includes a strong base salary and commission incentives.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.
Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
Responsibilities
To thrive in this role, you will be expected to successfully perform the following duties:
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert advice, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and a seamless experience.
Design & Consultation: Curate materials and recommend the ideal products for a wide range of residential and commercial applications.
Create custom room packages and design boards that reflect the needs and desires of our clients.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of TileBar's product offerings, brand values, and industry trends, and share this knowledge with clients to provide the best solutions.
Sales & Order Management: Handle the entire sales process, from quoting and order fulfillment to processing purchase orders and sample requests.
Ensure all sales activities are logged and tracked within our CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with local team to ensure all brand standards are met.
Work in partnership across the organization to ensure timely and efficient order processing and delivery.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-lasting client relationships, helping to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Brand Ambassador: Be a consistent and positive representation of TileBar's brand image and culture in all interactions.

Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
Experience & Education
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail, showroom, or luxury sales environments.
* Experience in tile, natural stone, textiles, furniture, building materials, or supply chain industries is a plus.
Sales & Customer Engagement
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling techniques.
