Audiology Assistant **Multiple Schedules**

Join Vancouver Clinic as an Audiology Assistant!.
As an Audiology Assistant you will serve as liaison between patients, physicians, and internal/external customers in person and by telephone.

Hiring range is between $21.70-$26.00/hour and placement in the range depends on evaluation of professional experience.

Available Schedules:
Full-Time at Gateway Salmon Creek (40 hours/week): Four, 10-hour days, 7:00a-5:30p

Part-Time at Columbia Tech Center (20 hours/week): Thursday/Friday, 6:45a-5:15p ( will transition to schedule after successful completion of full-time, on-site training )

In this role you will:


* Greet and escort patients.

Answer incoming phone calls and scheduling


* Package and mail ear mold orders, device repairs, and factory returns.


* Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices.


* Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs to hearing aids, ear molds, and other amplification devices.


* Clean hearing aids and other amplification devices.


* Perform electroacoustic analysis of hearing aids and other amplification devices.


* Educate patients in proper use and care of hearing aids and other amplification devices.


* Perform non-diagnostic otoscopy.

Requirements:


* High school degree or equivalent.


* Previous experience in audiology or ENT department preferred.


* Previous experience with hearing aids and assistive listening devices preferred.


* Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.


* Must have reliable and predictable attendance

Pay Range:
$21.28 - $29.78
