Job Description:

Responsible for developing and executing urology brand strategy to lead to business result partnering with cross functional team from launch excellence to exploring new life cycle opportunities for sustained competitive growth. 

Strategy and Execution: Responsible for developing marketing strategies and programs execution excellence to drive business outcomes  

Responsible for demand forecast and business cycle (Business planning and long range financial planning) and budge management  

Sales Engagement: Provide support to the sales team, including developing sales materials, sharing research findings, coordinating conferences, and updating market intelligence.     

Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs.

Recommend and implement changes and improvements for future programs to increase business  

Develop KPI and monitor the performance and performs advanced sales and competitive analysis  

Conducts and evaluates market research associated with research agency  

Develop and collaborate for partnerships with medical societies, key opinion leaders, customers 

Collaborate with the other functional teams and communicate with key stakeholders in China

Qualifications/任职要求:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent  

• Minimum 3 years' sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry 

• Strong analytical and creative thinking with good project management ability  

• Independent, self-driven, enthusiastic and strong team player  

• Fluent in both oral and written English
