Your Day to Day:

Yoga Specialist cum Spa Therapist combines the art of yoga instruction with therapeutic treatments aimed at enhancing the well-being of our guests.  You will lead yoga sessions, provide therapeutic treatments, and contribute to a holistic wellness experience, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating environment for guests.

Some of your main role responsibilities are:


* Create safe training plans for guests, residents and members, conduct group exercise classes as required


* Liaise with the Spa Manager in setting up and running a time table of yoga and meditation classes


* Visually assess students to determine their level of practice


* Assist students to achieve precise alignment


* Demonstrate practice and techniques


* Possess the ability to move energy through the body.

Transform energy during the warm-up, build-up and cool-down stages


* Motivate students with words of encouragement


* Connect with students during the yoga classes through fun, intelligent sequencing


* Offer training recommendations to improve the practice of yoga


* Perform different types of massages and wellness therapies as per current Spa offerings


* Communicate with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required


* Explain massages and treatments to guest and provide suitable recommendations as needed


* Enquire about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services


* Suggest and promote retail products or additional services


* To keep daily record books and log all information such as accident reports, complaints, maintenance requirements and statistics


* Engage in Spa Receptionist and other administrative duties


* Follow all processes and procedures correctly and consistently
