Position Overview:

We are hiring a full-time Pressure Washing Specialist for El Paso Ports of Entry.

The ideal candidate has custodial experience and knowledge of floor care, cleaning chemicals, and materials.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance are required.

Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour

Schedule: Varies
Benefits: Paid time off, paid holidays, provided uniforms.

Job Responsibilities:


* Operate power washing equipment to clean driveways, sidewalks, and other outdoor surfaces.


* Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites in a safe and professional manner.


* Use water reclamation systems, detergents, and cleaning solutions as needed to ensure effective cleaning.


* Inspect surfaces before and after cleaning to ensure quality and thoroughness.


* Perform routine maintenance on power washing equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.


* Follow safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and adherence to traffic laws while driving.


* Set up and take down equipment efficiently at each job site.


* Communicate with clients or supervisors regarding job completion and any special requests or concerns.


* Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicle, tools, and supplies.


* Mix and use cleaning solutions safely


* Wash windows, blinds, screens, sills, and walls


* Sweep sidewalks and outdoor areas


* Help keep facilities tidy


* Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
