Treasury P&A Liquidity Forecast, Senior Associate
Join our Corporate Investment Bank Treasury team to manage forecast and budget processes which support managing business activities to align with Treasury strategies across funding, capital and liquidity.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and strategic role within the Corporate Investment Bank Treasury group, where you will play a crucial part in optimizing performance and shaping the future of the organization.
As a Corporate & Investment Bank Treasury Associate in the Corporate & Investment Bank Treasury Planning & Analysis team, you will be responsible for execution of forecasting, multi-year budget processes and analysis of liquidity metrics.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize performance and utilization of balance sheet and liquidity resources while adhering to regulatory constraints, internal controls, and business objectives.
Job responsibilities:
* Support execution of the CIB's liquidity forecast according to Liquidity Coverage Ratio ("LCR"), Net Stable Funding Ratio ("NSFR") rules and firm's internal Stress Liquidity framework
* Support development and execution of daily and weekly liquidity management reporting
* Coordinate with CIBT Liquidity Analytics, Liquidity Controllers, Deposit Analytics and regional teams to understand drivers for CIB's liquidity profile trend and to ensure any expected changes are reflected in forecast and budget processes
* Partner closely with CIB P&A teams, CIB Line of Businesses ("LOBs") controllers to understand balance sheet actuals and latest forecast submissions as inputs to liquidity forecast processes
* Support production of monthly and quarterly senior-level overviews and write variance commentaries which articulate CIB liquidity usage with reference to the underlying business drivers and methodology/policy updates
* Support ad-hoc requests from Treasury & CIO and LOBs related to liquidity forecast
* Work with transformation team to automate and streamline overall execution of forecasts and implement proper controls
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
* Familiarity with CIB Balance Sheet products and core lines of business
* Strong understanding of stress liquidity concepts.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

* Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication/ listening skills
* Results orientated without compromising control and detail
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to automation tools
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently/ thrives on challenges in a fluid working environment
