We're hiring a Financial Analyst to help drive top-line growth by accelerating pipeline conversion, optimizing pricing strategy, and uncovering whitespace opportunities.

Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:


* Drive commercial strategy by supporting pricing and packaging decisions, deal desk operations, and quote management.


* Partner cross-functionally to optimize pipeline management and improve conversion across the customer journey.


* Support revenue management processes, including quoting, contracting, and SKU management.


* Manage and calculate incentive compensation plans for the sales team, ensuring accuracy and alignment with plan design.


* Analyze whitespace and market opportunities, leveraging tools like mekko charts and segmentation frameworks.


* Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support commercial decision-making.


* Own the end-to-end quote-to-cash financial workflow using Hubspot, Concord, and PandaDoc.


* Build dashboards and reporting that track commercial KPIs and inform leadership decisions.


* Develop and maintain financial models and commercial forecasts.

Experience:


* 5+ years of experience in a commercial finance, strategic finance, or business operations role.


* Strong Excel modeling skills and analytical capabilities.


* Experience with Hubspot, Concord, and PandaDoc preferred.


* Experience with quoting tools, contracting workflows, and SKU-based product catalogs.


* Experience with market analysis, pricing strategies, and whitespace opportunity identification.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
