The job profile for this position is Software Engineering Senior Advisors which is a Band 4 Career Track Role with eviCore healthcare MSI, Inc.

Confluent Kafka Administrator responsible for the design, architecture, implementation, and on-going support of Kafka clusters.

Handle Kafka environment builds, including capacity planning, cluster setup, performance tuning, and ongoing monitoring.

Perform day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for the Kafka Cluster.

Stand-up and administer on premise and Azure Kafka platforms, Kafka brokers, zookeepers, Kafka connect, schema registry, KSQL, Rest proxy and Kafka Control center.

Ensure optimum performance, high availability, and stability of solutions.

Create topics, setup redundancy cluster, deploy monitoring tools and alerts, and provide administration and operations of the Kafka platform such as provisioning, access lists, Kerberos, and SSL configurations.

Resolve reported Issues on Hadoop cluster by analyzing the application HAWQ, HDFS.

Prepare Root Cause Analysis document and suggest solutions to mitigate future re-occurrence for the issues in Hadoop cluster.

Resolve issues for SQL Server, SSIS and SSRS.

Support ETL process.

Hybrid work schedule.

Master's or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus three years of experience designing big data solutions or a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus five years of experience designing big data solutions.

Must have experience with: Kafka; Hadoop Administration; Greenplum; HAWQ; SQL Server; Shell scripting; PGAdmin; SSIS; SSRS; Pentaho; SQL/PSQL.
