Job Description

The Dietary Cook is responsible for preparing and maintaining the quality of all food served at Mission Valley Post Acute .

The Dietary Department will assist with the preparation of food as well as the sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the establishment.

The Dietary Cook will also assist with daily food preparation, production, plate presentation, and safety standards.
