Position Description
Pay: $17.20/hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM and from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM
This Part Time position is eligible for direct primary care coverage. In addition, these positions are eligible for paid time off in the form of vacation, sick, holiday, jury duty and bereavement leave.
All employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan – must be 18 years of age to participate.
OBJECTIVE:
To transport employees and clients from home to work and from work to Bus Stop the afternoon run will have some wait time due to employees needs on transportation, sometimes waiting times will be longer than expected.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience working with those who may have Dementia, Alzheimer’s and/or the elderly is plus; must be willing to be certified in CPR and First Aid.
A valid Colorado driver’s license without a history of violations with a two-year safe driving record is also required.
For insurance purposes, this person is required to be between the ages of 25 and 70.
This person must be experienced in driving passenger vans that hold up to 15 people.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES
* High School diploma or GED preferred.
* Must be reliable; this position is currently a part-time position at 22.5 to 29 hours per week (4:30 a.m.
to 7:30 a.m.
and from 2:30p.m.
to 4:30p.m.
M-F).
* It is preferred that the incumbent have excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to interact with various types of internal and external customers with the ability to relate effectively to people with aging-related disabilities.
Goodwill USAFA Van Driver must maintain a professional attitude, appropriate hygiene, dress and grooming and be punctual and dependable.
Incumbent must be able to perform heavy lifting and sitting for prolonged periods.
Must provide guidance for all employees riding van.
* Occasional overtime may be required and must be able to work 5 holidays per year with flexible shifts.

*Per auto vehicle insurance carrier requirements: For applicants/employees to qualify for inclusion on the Goodwill driver insurance schedule, for purpose of driving Goodwill fleet vehicles, or for purpose of receiving company mileage reimbursement they must be at least:
* 19 years of age (not engaged in passenger transportation),
* 25 – 70 years of age for all passenger transportation services,
* 21 years of age for CDL.
