Mission :

• Realize the build of critical , complex machines for Schneider Electric Plants by effective project Management.

Identify and manage risks in the Project.

• Manage Budget , Resources , Time lines of the project and look at proactive ways to optimize and improve.

• Animate Cross function interaction - Plants , BU , MDC teams , Suppliers etc to keep the project on time.

• With MDC technical team , support customers with stabilizing and rampup in plants

• Periodic exchanges with key internal customers to get the forecast and prepare ahead.

• Ensure the production safety

o Support MDC India Head and Technical Team to arrange the safety training and related professional certification application

o Enhance 5S management onsite, be responsible to ensure the production safety, I See I Do.

• Competency management:

o To manage the project management skill development, to be coordinator to support the innovation and new technology introduction.

o Based on ongoing & potential project needs to analyze and provide the primary professional competency road map.

o Continue to improve the competitiveness (price & LT) through the effective project management and resource coordination.

o Identify =S= key knowhow and strategy equipment, maintain these key technology patent and core knowhow of =S= internally.

• Project delivery

o Request and obtain the technical specification and qualification plan from BU IND or Plant User, ensure the KPI and main requirement in these documents are clear & completed & reasonable, make sure the latest document can deliver go to MDC Technical team on time.

o Collaborate with MDC Technical team to provide the technical solution and estimated quotation, 100% sure the solution are optimized and match with SPS and Lean conception, all KPI are correct , reasonable and feasible.

o Setup timely internal & external meeting for each project to follow up the resource, progress, performance, cost of the project and ensure all these things can fully match with project target until the project close.

Ensure commitment to Quality , Cost & Delivery.

o Work with purchasing team to get competitive price of the components, develop Outsourcing to balance the HC and MBC cost.

Ensure to receive good quality components with shortest Lead Time and optimized price.

o Support MDC India Head to manage project cost and overall P&L through effective project management & supplier management.
