Job Description:
Schneider Electric are looking for a proactive and tech-proficient Finance and Control Digitization Intern to join our team.

This internship is ideal for a last-year university student majoring in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Engineering who is eager to gain experience in digitizing financial processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


* Assist in the digitization of financial processes and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy


* Support the finance team in implementing digital tools and technologies for data analysis and reporting.


* Utilize MS Excel , Tableau, to manipulate and analyze financial data, create dashboards, and develop visual reports.


* Collaborate with team members to identify areas for digital transformation within finance and control.


* Participate in testing and validating new digital solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.


* Help maintain and update digital documentation and training materials for finance-related systems.


* Conduct research on best practices in finance digitization and present findings to the team.


* Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.


* Placement onsite in Schneider Cikarang Factory - West Java

Qualifications

Qualifications:


* Currently last year student in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor Degree welcome to apply)


* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data visualization).


* Strong digital skills with an understanding of financial software and tools (SAP)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


* Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
