Analytics Consultant - DGM

Analytics Consultant plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between data and actionable business insights.

This person's responsibilities include:


* Client/Business Engagement:
+ Understanding client/business objectives and challenges.
+ Defining the scope of analytics projects to address client/business needs.
+ Building and maintaining strong client/business relationships.


* Data Analysis and Interpretation:
+ Collecting, cleaning & validating data from various sources (internal/External)
+ Performing in-depth statistical analysis and data mining.
+ Developing and applying predictive models and algorithms.
+ Identifying trends, patterns & insights from complex datasets.


* Data Visualization and Reporting:
+ Creating clear and compelling dashboards & visualizations.
+ Developing comprehensive reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations.
+ Presenting data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


* Project Management:
+ Managing analytics projects from initiation to completion.
+ Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
+ Coordinating with cross-functional teams like Business, Schneider Digital


* Strategic Consulting:
+ Translating data insights into strategic business recommendations.
+ Providing guidance on data-driven decision-making.
+ Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Education:


* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, business)


* Master's degree in a related field (Preferred)

Experience:


* 7-10 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting.


* Proven track record of successfully delivering analytics projects.


* Experience working with clients

Technical Skills:


* Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).


* Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods.


* Experience with data warehousing and database management.


* Knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning techniques.

Soft Skills:


* Strong business acumen.


* Excellent communication and presentation skills.


* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.


* Ability to work independently & as part of a team.


* Strong client management and relationship-building skills.

Certifications (optional but beneficial): Certifications related to specific software, such as Python/statistics/business analytics/Tableau or Power BI.
