Production Associate II - MCC Packout

What will you do?


* Packs finished MCC Structures for shipment.


* Uses pallet jack/PTI to retrieve necessary items to perform job duties as necessary.


* Comprehensive understanding of shipping lists and labels for accurate deployment.


* Participate in general housekeeping (5S) duties within work area.


* Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on area equipment as needed.


* Cross-train and rotate through various stations within department as needed to provide additional support.


* Conduct on-the-job training for newly hired and/or transferred employees.


* Report material and equipment problems to appropriate personnel.


* Participate in meetings to resolve production issues and interface with other shifts and support groups as needed.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* HS Diploma or GED


* Experience with hand tools


* PIT experience a plus
