We are looking for Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) Associate (Engineering Track) to make a difference and be part of our digital transformation!

Program Overview

The Schneider Graduate Program is a 2-years program.

It is designed to empower you with an accelerated journey to discover yourself through 3 rotations.

This will give you an opportunity to make an impact with one of the world's most sustainable companies.

You will be given intentional exposure and opportunity to handle projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, while working with stakeholders globally!

Rotations/Functions for the Engineering Track include:


* Engineering / Technical


* Tendering


* Project Management

Selection Process:


* Online Application


* Digital Assessment


* Assessment Centre (Case Study)


* Panel Interview

Assessment Centre and Panel Interview will be done on site in our Petaling Jaya office, on 23rd May 2025, Friday.



*Separate arrangements will be made for Malaysian students studying overseas

Intake:

Onboard July/August 2025

What qualifications will make you successful?


* A background in Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.


* Graduate between 2023 - 2025.

Less than 2 years of full-time professional working experience.


* A strong interest in Schneider Electric's mission.
