Production Assembler

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our team.

As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies of industrial air compressor and vacuum systems in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:


* Assemble and test components for industrial air compressors and vacuum systems according to technical drawings, specifications, and safety standards.


* Ensure proper functionality of components, parts, and assemblies, conducting quality checks and troubleshooting as needed.


* Operate hand tools, power tools, and other machinery used in the assembly process.


* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company safety protocols.


* Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.


* Ensure accurate record-keeping of completed work, inventory, and parts used during assembly.


* Follow all company policies regarding product quality, safety, and productivity.

Qualifications:


* High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.


* Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a similar production environment preferred.


* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.


* Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.


* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Physical Requirements:


* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.


* Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.


* Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and moving machinery.
