Salary Range: $150,000 +

Responsibilities:


* Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.


* Oversee all aspects of nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.

* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications:


* Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.


* Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.


* Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in geriatric nursing.


* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
