With this duel role You'll be the go-to guru for training, coaching, and infection prevention—making a real difference every single day.

* Roll out fun, interactive training programs that actually stick !


* Welcome new team members like a pro and show them the ropes.


* Keep our crew sharp with engaging in-services and creative learning sessions.


* Help staff reach their full potential (and cheer them on along the way!).


* Keep training records neat, tidy, and ready to roll.

? Infection Control


* Be our germ-fighting champion—keeping everyone healthy and safe.


* Stay one step ahead with routine monitoring, reporting, and prevention.


* Lead the charge during any outbreaks and keep everyone calm & informed.


* Keep us on top of the latest CDC and state guidelines.


* Work closely with health departments and regulatory bodies (you're the point person!).

? What We're Looking For:


* A valid LPN license in SC.


* 2+ years of nursing experience (bonus points for long-term care!).


* Teaching or infection control experience? Awesome.

If not, we'll help you learn!


* Positive vibes, strong communication skills, and a passion for people.


* CIC certification is a plus—but not a dealbreaker.

Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff.

Coordinate completion of and process employment related documentation.

Coordinate payroll and employee benefit programs.

Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families to work cooperatively with other employees.

Plan, conduct and document and/or coordinate all required Fire/Internal Disasters and External Mass Casualty Drills.

Maintain neat, clean, well groomed, professional appearance.

Capable of generating enthusiasm, and developing a cooperative relationship with employees.
