The Maximus Health TX Enrollment Broker Project is now accepting applications for a Business Analyst.
This position facilitates change within the Texas Health Enrollment Broker (EB) Project by identifying needs and recommending solutions that provide value to project stakeholders.
Additionally, it involves serving as the customer representative on both the program and project teams.
This role requires expertise across various domains of business analysis, including elicitation and collaboration, requirements analysis and design definition, solution evaluation, and strategy analysis.
The Business Analyst also contributes to business transformation by adopting multiple perspectives, particularly in Agile methodologies, Business Process Management, Process Analysis, and Information Technology.
This position is a full time, salaried role with a remote working arrangement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent and support business stakeholders and staff by analyzing business needs, processes, and problems, formally documenting the business process, supporting the maintenance of a healthy business, and consulting with users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop an advanced level of knowledge of the MAXIMUS BPM framework to define, optimize, automate and manage business processes to identify key measures or indicators of process performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance.
