Executive Director-Harmony Haven Children and Youth Center
The County of Riverside is recruiting for a compassionate and resilient leader with strong crisis management skills to fulfill the role of Executive Director - Harmony Haven Children and Youth Center, located in Beaumont, CA.
The incumbent will have the responsibility of overseeing Harmony Haven Children and Youth Center and Supportive Services while partnering with Children's Services Division.
The primary role of this position is to manage the 24-hour temporary shelter operations for foster and high-risk youth .
The Executive Director will be tasked with planning, directing, and administering the operational and financial activities of the CSD/HH Division, with the expectation of being available on call 24/7.
This class has been designated At-Will by the Board of Supervisors, in accordance with the provisions provided under Article 6, Section 601E (2) of the County Management Resolution and serves at the pleasure of the Director of Public Social Services.
This class has been deemed eligible for the Performance Recognition Plan as set forth under Article 3, Section 311 of the County Management Resolution.
Program eligibility requires employees to be in a leadership position, manage other employees or programs, and have significant influence on the achievement of organizational objectives.
