The Commercial Representative's primary function is to manage and oversee gas gathering and processing assets.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Participating in all aspects to effectively manage the business including: operations, commercial, financial, contractual, regulatory, budget and new business development.
* Reading, interpreting, negotiating, and understanding contracts related to the business.
* Negotiations with producer on contracts, issues and dispute resolution.
* Troubleshooting and coordinating pre-emptive action to minimize disruption and defend company interests.
* Prepare and assist with presentations to customers and management.
* Monitoring and alerting management on a timely basis regarding daily production and operating issues affecting the performance of the assets.
* Reviewing and reporting on monthly financial performance of assets including detailed explanations for assets financial performance.
* Regularly communicating with producers and management regarding issues, updates and approvals.
* Reviewing monthly accounting settlements, researching and resolving related issues.
* Interacting with internal groups (such as A/R, A/P, engineering, operations and legal departments) and external parties (producers, operators, contractors) on contract and asset issues.
