Your Role: Implementation & Support Specialist

As an Implementation & Support Specialist, you will play a key role in setting up and supporting B2B eCommerce platforms for our valued clients.

You will work closely with experts from all areas of the company, ensuring a seamless onboarding and support experience.

We empower and encourage creative thinking to continuously improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This is an in-office opportuntity, and we are based out of Port Talbot.

What You'll Do:


* Client Onboarding & Support – Guide customers through platform setup, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing success.


* Cross-Team Collaboration – Work alongside knowledgeable colleagues across departments to deliver a cohesive and effective client experience.


* Software Development Request (SDR) Workflow – Oversees the processing of SDRs giving clients visibility while setting up the bespoke development tasks for development team.


* Release Management – Oversee customer upgrades, ensuring environments are properly aligned and formal client signoffs are secured when differences exist.


* Process Innovation – Identify opportunities for improvement and drive new, more efficient implementation strategies.


* Quality Control – Working with development team to ensure functionality added to the platform works as expected and aligned with customer expectations.


* International Experience – Gain valuable exposure working with a diverse range of customers across multiple projects of varying complexity.
