Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

What’s on the menu for your next career move? As our new Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager you could be assisting our Restaurant & Bar Manager with leading the charge to look after our team of F&B Attendants and ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience

 A little taste of your day-to-day: 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

● Assisting our Restaurant & Bar Manager with directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals

● Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them

● Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices

● Assisting with overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets consisting of Waves, our breakfast restaurant, Social House, our all day dining restaurant and bar plus Cliffords, our A la Carte Steakhouse & Grill. 

What We need from you: 

● Ability to work AM + PM shifts across a 7 day roster

● Related experience, including proven ability to lead a team 

● Must speak local language
