What You'll Be Doing:


* Provide exceptional care to patients recovering from surgery, injury, or managing chronic conditions.


* Help patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday activities through personalized therapy.


* Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, and families to create comprehensive care plans that focus on each patient's unique needs.


* Educate families and caregivers on the rehabilitation process and how to best support patients' recovery at home.


* Keep track of patient progress and document treatment plans to meet clinical and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For:


* Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.


* Strong anatomy and physiology knowledge combined with a passion for hands-on patient care.


* A compassionate, patient-centered approach with the desire to work in a critical care or rehabilitation setting.


* Team player: You'll thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
