Summary

This position manages all business aspects of the approach, capabilities and execution of our digital platforms.

This role is responsible for supporting the definition of our digital strategy and aligning with sales leadership and respective stakeholders to ensure we execute and deliver a successful end-to-end customer experience.

The candidate will coordinate our requirements with shared services partners across functions such as analytics, marketing and contact center to ensure our platform solutions and products continue to meet the needs of our customers.

The candidate will collaborate with sales and commercial leadership to define and execute implementation opportunities of our B2B platform across the organization and other digital solutions to fully leverage the channel for ordering, support, service and payments capabilities so we can better optimize our go to market strategy.

Our digital focus is centered around building a personalized customer experience in order to achieve platform growth, customer retention, and increased gross profit and volume.

Responsibilities



* Responsible for strategy development and execution to bridge the gap for a seamless transition from a physical to digital customer experience.


* Identify and quantify business growth opportunities (channels, outlets & revenue) at an enterprise level based on customer research, analytics and key KPIs.


* Responsible for capability enhancements on the myCoke platform through cross-functional collaboration with shared services and IT teams to ensure that the digital commerce platform meets both customer and business needs.


* Partner with our commercial and IT teams, NAOU and our shared services partners to ensure cross functional collaboration, alignment and communication across supporting teams.
