Responsible for rationalizing, optimizing and maintaining the infrastructure environment, fortifying networks, and safeguarding against evolving cybersecurity threats.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


* Support development and execution of a multi-faceted IT infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity strategy that aligns with organizational goals and anticipates future technological advancements.


* Responsible for modernizing and maintaining a resilient IT ecosystem.

This includes streamlining Active Directory management, fortifying network security, and leveraging Azure-based solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.


* Understanding of how various business systems can and should communicate to create an integrated set of enterprise systems.


* Collaborate with business leaders to help in their understanding of new technologies and how to better leverage existing systems and applications.


* Continuously assess and optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability.


* Oversee Active Directory clean-up and maintenance.


* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure resource allocation aligns with business needs and growth objectives.


* Architect and oversee the implementation of a resilient, high-performance network infrastructure.


* Guarantee the integrity and security of network operations by implementing and managing advanced network security measures.


* Support the development and execution of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, addressing both current and emerging threats.


* Stay at the forefront of cybersecurity trends, implementing best practices to fortify the organization's defenses.


* Coordinate with legal and compliance functions as needed to address their requirements with cybersecurity topics and ensure alignment with cybersecurity strategy, response and associated activities.
