About the Role:
Garden City Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced or newly licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated care team on a per diem basis.

This is a flexible opportunity to provide compassionate care in a supportive, skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities:


* Administer medications and treatments


* Monitor and document patient condition and response


* Communicate with families, physicians, and staff


* Support EMR documentation using PCC


* Guide CNAs and LVNs on shift


* Participate in care planning and compliance processes

Requirements:


* RN license (California)


* CPR certification


* Skilled nursing or rehab experience a plus


* Knowledge of PointClickCare (preferred)


* Strong communication and critical thinking
