Key Duties:


* Provide direct care under PT supervision


* Monitor and document patient progress


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams


* Follow all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:


* Associate degree from accredited PTA program


* Valid CA PTA license


* CPR certification


* SNF or rehab experience preferred
